Notably, 42% of the list’s female members are board members of banks.

The debut of the Ghana Board Diversity Awards was one of the event’s high points. The Best Gender-Inclusive Board (Private) was awarded to Media General, while the Best Gender-Inclusive Board (Public) was won by Exim Bank Ghana and the Ghana Revenue Authority.
